Get yourself hired, geared up, and trained. Work top to bottom — each step unlocks the next.

The sequence

1 Recruiter enters your info into KnockVia
- They do this part. You just make sure they have your correct legal name, phone and email.
2 KnockVia texts you a link — complete your background check
- Do it the same day. Nothing else moves until this clears.
3 Watch for the “Welcome To Gen” email
- This email has everything you need. Follow its steps to set up your knocking gear, ID card and direct deposit.
4 Order your polos and ID badge
- Go to gensales.shop and click “the kit”.
- At checkout use code genuine for the discount.
- Then add a second code ship to waive all fees.
5 Upload your photo into KnockVia
- Employment verification will not work without it. Do this before step 6.
6 Set up employment verification
- clbr.com/verify
- Your badge number is under “My account” in KnockVia.
7 Complete GEN U — your online training
- Access code: GENSALES123!
- Do not skip this. It is the training, not a formality.
8 Set up direct deposit from the welcome email
